Founded in 1926, RAPA is the largest manufacture of Scrapple (a breakfast meat traditionally made from a mush of pork scraps and trimmings combined with cornmeal and wheat flour, often buckwheat flour, and spices). The name RAPA is a portmanteau of the names of the founders, Ralph and Paul Adams.
