Ray Dalio's $120M "Copper Beach Farm"

Ray Dalio is an American billionaire hedge fund manager. His Bridgewater Associates is the largest hedge fund of all time.

In 2014, he purchased Copper Beech Farm, an estate in Greenwich, Connecticut, from Jon Rudey, who had bought it from the family of Harriet Lauder Greenway in 1985.

Dalio paid $120M through his "Conservation Institute LLC" for the 50-acre property. At the time, it was the most expensive home ever sold in the United States.
