From November 1999 until May 2007, Mr. Magnuson served as Executive Managing Director of CB Richard Ellis Investors, where he formed and managed the investments and activities of GI Partners Fund I. From 1994 through 1999, Mr. Magnuson held various positions with Nomura Securities, most recently as Deputy Managing Director of their London-based Principal Finance Group. From 1989 until 1994, Mr. Magnuson was a director in the Investment Banking division of Merrill Lynch.
