The New York scoop is that the three-time Academy Award-nominated actor/environmentalist Leonardo DiCaprio has found shelter in Riverhouse, one of NYC’s greenest condominiums. In March of 2014, Leonardo DiCaprio purchased his neighbor's 2,300 square feet apartment for $8M.
Saturday Night Live cast member Taran Killam also owns an apartment in this building.
