He is vice president and treasurer of Edison International. He is responsible for the financial operations of the holding company. Prior to this role, he served as vice president and treasurer of Southern California Edison (SCE), the utility subsidiary of Edison International.
He holds a chartered financial analyst (CFA) designation which was conferred in 1996 and is a member of the CFA Society of Los Angeles and the CFA Institute. Boada serves on the board of advisors of the Good Shepherd Center for Homeless Women and Children in Los Angeles.
Boada earned his B.A. in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and his M.B.A. in finance and corporate accounting from the University of Rochester’s William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration.
