The former-President of Dart Group, founded Crown Books, a bankrupted popular book chain, and Trak Auto, a large bankrupted Auto Parts company, owns this house. He was fired by his father and went on to buy Phar-Mor, a pharmacy company which had 25,000 employees but went bankrupt. He founded Vitamins.com, Morgan Noble Financial, Main Street Lender, and National Investment Group.

Dart Group is a conglomerate with an aviation unit, Jet2.com, that provides scheduled and charter passenger services to some 40 European destinations, including vacation spots and business centers. It also transports mail and other cargo. Jet2.com operates a fleet of about 30 Boeing 737s and 757s from several bases in the UK. Dart Group's other major business unit, Fowler Welch-Coolchain, transports fresh produce and other temperature-controlled goods, mainly in the UK but also in continental Europe, with 300 tractors and 700 trailers. Fowler Welch-Coolchain also provides warehousing and distribution of standard dry freight. It operates more than 480,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space.
