The actress, best known for her role as Paige Matthews in The WB TV series "Charmed", and the cult-classic "The Doom Generation", lived here from the late 1990's until 2004. Her current LA area residence is also featured on this site. She has also appeared in several major Hollywood films, with leading roles in "Scream", "Jawbreaker" and "Grindhouse". This home was later owned by actress Rachel Bilson, and then actress Busy Philipps (who sold it in 2009).
