On Monday 25th July 2022 Brian N6IZ/P a radio amateur from Los Gatos, CA reached the summit of Rose, Mount and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.
He made 14 contacts in total working on the 20 metre HF amateur radio band.
The summit of Rose, Mount is 3285 metres (10778 feet) asl. It has a rating of 10 points on the SOTA groups database.
