Down is a Type 671 Victor-class attack sub (code : KEFAL III - TYPE 671 RTM). The Russian navy got 26 Victors. Nuclear powered, fitted with SS-N-21, SS-N-15, SS-N-16 A/B missiles and type 53 and improved type 65 torpedoes. Shot taken under the North fleet base of Gadzhievo. The upper longer sleek sub type remains unknown to me (blurry pic).
