'Harvey House' by Buff & Hensman - Ryan Seacrest's House (Former)

First celebrity resident of this Beverly Hills mansion was Max Mutchnick, co-creator of sitcom 'Will & Grace' who later sold it to talk show host Ellen DeGeneres for $29 Million in 2007. DeGeneres put the house on the market in May 2011 for $60 Million and later reduced the price to $49 Million. She sold it to TV presneter, Ryan Seacrest for $39 Million in 2012. Seacrest listed the house for $85 Million in 2020 and sold it for $51 Million in 2022 to Brian Long, CEO of $6 Billion tech startup Attentive Mobile, and his longtime wife Liz Day, a veteran New York Times journalist and Emmy-winning reporter behind “Framing Britney Spears”.

The estate is called 'Harvey House' and was built by famous architects Buff & Hensman in 1963. It has been extensively renovated over the years.
