SA-2 configuration with five of the six typical sites completed. Compound 1.5 km northwest has numerous military vehicles with what looks like several empty and loaded missile trailers, blurry imagery.
Found this location after reading the attatched article where Rebels captured an anti-aircraft site in the suburb of East Ghouta. Possibly the site discussed.
The location of Ghouta is referenced 3 km. to the west of this location.
