Sculpture: Universal Links for Human Rights

This sculpture, by Tony O'Malley, was commissioned by Amnesty International in Ireland. It is entitled "Universal Links for Human Rights" and contains an eternal flame. The inscription around the base of the sculpture reads:

The candle burns not for us but for all those whom we failed to rescue from prison. Who were tortured. Who were kidnapped. Who disappeared. That is what the candle is for.
