YouTube personalities Shane Dawson and Ryland Adams are engaged and sharing this Calabasas, CA home.

The $3 million home was previously owned by jean mogul David Vered, who gave it a complete make-up before selling. The 80s-style mansion was bought by Vered for $1.61 million.

The very private 4,866-square-foot home is walled and double-gated, with six bedrooms, four bathrooms, an attached two-car garage, a swimming pool and a spa. The property also features a barn and a firepit.

Dawson has more than 33 million subscribers across three YouTube channels: Shane, ShaneDawsonTV, and ShaneGlossin.
In addition to his fame from YouTube, Dawson is also an author of two memoirs, “I Hate Myselfie: A Collection of Essays” in 2015, and “It Gets Worse: A Collection of Essays” in 2016.

Dawson has two older brothers and grew up in Long Beach, CA. He started making videos with his friends in high school, which he used as school projects.

His first YouTube channel, ShaneDawsonTV, was launched in 2008. Dawson has caused some controversy with characters that often include cultural stereotypes, for which he has apologized. He has produced several pilots and his conspiracy and docu-series videos have given him success, especially those featuring Jeffree Star, a make-up tycoon with whom Dawson launched a line of cosmetics in 2019. Their “Conspiracy” collection includes liquid lipsticks in six colors as well as an eye-shadow palette.

Dawson is also known for the podcast “Shane and Friends” which ran from 2013 to 2017 with 140 episodes. He came out in July 2015 as bisexual and has also been romantically involved with Lisa Schwartz, another YouTube personality and actress.

Ryland Adams is an internet personality, writer, actor, and producer with a net worth of $1 million. He started a YouTube channel in 2010, and has more than 3.8 million subscribers. In 2019 he was nominated for Short Award Vlogger of the Year.

Adams and Dawson have collaborated on several web series.
