A very large remote construction site.

Only a coal burning power plant 26 km southeast.

Six large cement structures under construction. One crane for 3 forms - with the next pre-form structures to south. This unique shape appears to be an ICBM silo for a new missile field 20 km. to southwest.

A new high grade 9.5 meters (30 feet+) wide could be for trucks or a railway to move the 100+ Silos. Follow it 3.7 km north; turn left and follow for 25 km to edge of image seam to edge of construction area.
