The Singlton Family estate is on the market for $75,000,000.

Henry Singleton, longtime chief executive of Teledyne Inc.,
a company with huge impact on the science and military industries. Teledyne was to create semiconductors, a product that his previous employer, Litton Industries refused to produce, even at Singleton's behest. After only a few years in operation, Singleton began acquiring other companies in the field, allowing Teledyne to have sales of $10.5 million in 1962, just two years after the firm's creation. Singleton's penchant for acquisitions led Teledyne to become a $3 billion conglomerate in 1981, with major interests in almost every field of electronics.

Today the estate is ownedby Caroline Singleton.

Halsey Minor is a technology entrepreneur who founded CNET in 1993.

Minor is leasing with an option to purchase this 7 acre Holmby Hills estate that was on the market last year for $85m.

In 2015, the estate was sold to Adrien Labi for $59,335,550, a European property developer based in London who is a good friend of Mohamed Hadid.
