On Tuesday 5th July 2022 Thierry F4EGG/P a radio amateur from France reached the summit of Sommet de Château Jouan and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

He made 25 contacts in total working on the 2 metre VHF and the 40 and 20 metre HF amateur radio bands.
