Southern Illinois Center

Since 2005, this mixed-use building hosts indoor auto racing events during the winter months. A 1/6 mile dirt oval track is the playground for midgets and micro-sprints. A few events each year attract many of the top dirt track drivers in the nation. Permanent seating is located along the south wall. The building is situated next to the legendary one mile race track at the Du Quoin State Fairgrounds.
