The official speed limit on the Ole Miss campus is 18. Why you ask? 18 is in honor of quarterback, Archie Manning who wore the number from 1969-1971. During his three years as starting quarterback, Ole Miss saw a resurgence in their program as Manning dazzled fans with his arm and feet.
