The Saint Valentine's Day Massacre is the name given to the February 14, 1929 murder (Valentine's day). Seven prohibition-era hoods were lined up against a wall and sprayed with a sub-machine, none survived. The horrific event was part of gang warfare during the prohibition era in Chicago. A bloody reminder of the days of gang warfare in the early 20th century.
