From the image on 10/24/2012, the fighters aren't seen but there is quite a lot of damage done to the concrete. On the 5/15/2013 image, it almost looks like the concrete was repaired and these 12 "fighters" were just sitting there. Not sure if the orange is an image artifact or really the paint job of the "fighters". Not sure what the heck this is about, it looks like a regular range where the Chinese test bombs or maybe some sort of Chinese "Red Flag" but I can't really figure out what the orange fighters are for.
