The tunnel was part of the Crieff & Comrie Railway in Scotland. The tunnel was built 25th July 1890 and closed when the railway closed 6th July 1964. The tunnel has the length of 99 yards, it was used for a single track and curved about slightly to the left. The tunnel is just outside Crieff.

Today the two portals are both blocked with a metal fence. Both portals are also in a cutting that is usally very overgrown and muddy during the summer.
