Sunhoney Stone Circle

Sunhoney is a recumbent stone circle located in the Scottish county of Aberdeenshire. The circle is in good condition with 11 stones still remaining today. The circle contains a recumbent stone with cup-marks on it, a stone cairn in the middle of the circle and cremations have been found during an excavation back in 1865. The circle is located on a piece of land in the middle of a field with the piece of land surrounded by a circle of trees.
