Sybil Robson Orr, the American heiress and film producer, owns this house. She is a niece of Walmart founder Sam Walton and Helen Walton, and the founder of Robson Orr Entertainment.

Previous owners were Adam Chase (one of the executive producers of "Friends"), Hedge Fund manager Robert Krail and Dasha Zhukov (Girlfriend of Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich).

Zhukova/Abromovich sold this house in April 2011 for $19.5 million, the exact same price they paid about a year before.

Sybil is lovely, smart, gracious and charitabe, like the rest of us she had no control over who her relatives are. Seems there is too much jealousy or hate for someone very few people actually know.
