Note the large grass runway for private planes in the north east corner of the base. The flight line of military planes look Soviet so this may be a museum. Along the southern side of the base there are lots of bunkers in the woods along the runway. There's also a secure compound to the south in the woods with what looks like a cleared no-man's zone with guard towers in the corners.

This looks to be Szwederowo Airport near Bydgoszcz.
