Terry and Kim Pegula's House (formerly Shania Twain's)

Shania Twain and Husband Mutt Lange designed and built this house in 1995, and sold it in 2015 to Buffalo Bills owners Terry and Kim Pegula. The lakefront property in remote upstate New York was purchased by Twain for $3.25 million in the early 1990s. Twain added the 28,000-square-foot residence and dubbed the home Sunbeam Lodge.

Terry and Kim Pegula's net worth is a combined $8 billion. They have been married since 1993. Terry has five children, three of whom he shares with Kim, including professional tennis player Jessica Pegula.
