Terry Bradshaw's House (former)

American football player and broadcaster Terry Bradshaw’s house was located on several acres in Westlake, TX. Bradshaw kept horses on this land, which he leased from oil mogul and horse breeder Nelson Bunker Hunt. In 1979 Hunt and his brothers attempted to corner the world silver market but were prevented by the United States Futures Trading Commission. As a result, the Hunt went bankrupt and U.S. government liquidated his land. Bradshaw was unable to afford to buy the land at the time, so he purchased the 744-acre Circle 12 Ranch in Thackerville, Oklahoma that he owns to this day.

Bradshaw has frequently bought and sold real estate since his NFL retirement. He sold a 12-acre home in Hawaii for $2.7 million in 2016. In 2019, he sold a property in Jacksonville, FL for $1.6 million and in 2020, he sold a property in Bradenton, FL for $1.4 million. In recent years, Bradshaw has confided that the Circle 12 Ranch is becoming too much to manage, and he plans to sell it and move to a 196-acre property near Gainseville, FL. Circle 12 has previously been listed in the $10-12 million range.
