Texas WWII Monument

The Texas World War 2 Memorial on the grounds of the Texas State Capital in Austin, Texas. The memorial is dedicated to the 830,000 Texans who served and the 22,000 who gave their lives and the millions who supported them in the Second World War.


The Texas World War II Memorial is an exact replica of the Texas pillar at the National World War II Memorial at Washington DC. The memorial can be found on the north side of the Texas State Capital building.
