The Balian Ice Cream House

This landmarked home has been owned by the Balian family since the 1950s. The Balian family is well known in the Los Angeles area for their eponymous ice cream company as well as their 6-decade tradition of intricately designing Christmas light shows at the home, leading the home to be known as "The House of 1000 Lights".
