The building was constructed in 1910 as the Waterloo Road fire station. It now serves two purposes: the ground floor is a bar/restaurant called "The Fire Station" and the upper floors are offices. The ground floor is currently being refurbished and it is expected to take most of 2015 to undertake the work.
