A 300 acre campground for seriously ill children co-founded by actor Paul Newman in 1988. With generous donations from corporations and individuals, more than 1,000 children aged 7-15 attend the camp for free each year.
Many activities are available to the campers, including hot air balloon rides, arts and crafts, farm animals, swimming, fishing, canoeing, basketball, and softball. Staff members also operate an outreach program for children who cannot visit the camp.
This camp has inspired several more camps around the world as part of The Association of Hole In The Wall Camps.
