The Lanesborough

The Lanesborough is the most expensive hotel in London. It is a favourite of celebrities, including Madonna dn Leonardo DiCaprio.

The hotel provides a 3-to-1 staff to guest ratio, 24-hour butler service, and a cigar lounge.

Originally built in 1719 as the private residence of Viscount Lanesborough, it later became the original St. George's Hospital in 1733. Rosewood Hotels & Resorts purchased and refurbished the delapidated building in 1991, opening the hotel as The Lanesborough.
