The Roundhouse is all that remains of the famous Etruria pottery of the Josiah Wedgewood.
This building is today a Grade II listed building. The register entry shows that it is located on Etruria Road in Stoke-on-Trent and has the Heritage No. 38a. It is described as a Round House at the site of the old Wedgewood factory.
There is an information board near the Roundhouse which gives some information but does not definitively state what the building was used for, although it is understood that it was once used to house the factory’s fire engine.
