Giant Vista, according to legend, a giant who created Visingsö when he would climb over the lake. He then took a large mound and threw it into the water to climb on, and a tuft now listed as Visingsö. Since 1969 there is a statue, made of Calle Örnemark, depicting giant Vist with his tuft, situated on the eastern shore near Huskvarna. It can be seen when one passes on E4. Tuvan was for his wife who did not have as great strides in Vista. She yelled from the other side he would take a tuft of grass and toss in the water so that she could take over.
