"The way we Were, Islington ca 1900" by John Kuna

Islington, Canada (CA)
By Scarborough artist, John Kuna, it is 20' x 40' and shows
Dundas Street as it appeared ca 1900.

Designed as a "window to the past" – one that can be measured against the reality of the present which surrounds it – the image includes Hopkins' store, once located at
4906 Dundas, the Wesleyan Methodist Church which was across the street
and the little bridge that spanned Mimico Creek.
