This Frank Lloyd Wright designed Prairie school home was built in 1905. It sits on a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan. It was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places on December 3, 1974.
In September 2012, it was sold to Gene Szymczak, the president of Educators Credit Union. Soon after purchasing the house, he is having it restored.
