Built in the 1920s, Felton purchased the house in 2014 for $1.275 million and sold it for $1.625 million in 2016. The property also includes a pool in a fully-fenced backyard bordering the Hollywood Hills.

Felton had not read the Harry Potter books at the time of the audition.
