Transport plane inside hangar?

Looks like a transport, when I first saw it, kind off made me think of a C130, inside what looks like a hangar under construction or already bombed out? Wasn't in the 10/24/2012 imagery but was visible on the 5/15/2013 imagery.

My best guess is the Chinese are testing or a new design of bunker/hangar or testing the damage one of their bombs does to a bunker with some sort of airplane inside...

I'm not seeing this in Google Maps, I assume the image is from Google Earth?

Above the thumbnail is the message, "This map has better detail in Google Earth than Google Maps". The mods add this message on Google Earth only maps.

Not only you can't see in in Google Maps but I noticed on Google Earth, it was displaying the 2011 imagery even thought there was more updated imagery, not sure why.
