This 3/8 mile dirt oval track operated from 1985-2005. It was created to replace a track located at what is now the Fair Meadows horse racing track at the Tulsa Fairgrounds. Several classes of cars raced here, including sprint cars, stock cars, and modifieds.

The track was owned and operated by many different individuals, and as time went on, the facility fell into a state of disrepair.
