U-2 with TR-1 wings on Long Island?

This appears to be a U-2 or a TR-1 with a black fuselage and white wings. Any comments or suggestions are appreciated.

Possibly a Schweizer sailplane (glider). Gabreski field is used by the National Guard which often provides cover for covert projects.

Not there anymore. Seeing it is an Airforce base of some sorts, I would say it is a NASA U-2. They have a few for research pruposes.
