Three Union Pacific locomotives pull (or static display?) a passenger train. This is a very unusual sight besides all the Amtrak Trains.

This is most likely the Safety Awareness Train, a programm where UP wants to promote public safety at railroad crossings.

Also, the UP takes this train on the road with UP executives and a "private" train. Iv'e seen it in Portland, and asked the porter what it was, he said UP execs sometime travel on it.
