Unusual secure Air Force facility

Unusual secure Air Force facility

San Antonio, Texas (TX), US
This facility is on the Lackland Training Annex. A couple of things to note. In GM there are way too many cars to account for the size of the buildings. It is very secure with lights and fence. What's with the lines on the ground?

there is what looks like a silo in the northwest corner of the facility. maybe a ABM site or a minuteman site

Notice that it's right next to a bomb dump. And, they deal with a lot of nukes at Lackland and Kelley Annex. Could be related.

Also, in the Live pics, note the parking lot full of fighter aircraft below and left, probably for practice loading and unloading, as there doesn't seem to be access to an air field...

I think whatever is going on there, it has to do with training, Lackland is an ATC base.

Training area for Air Force Security Police; that's why there's a good amount of simulated items (weapons storage, neighborhood, airfield, etc.)

I think it's the motor pool / maintenance facility for the training facility. you have a bunch of doors that look like they're for a motor pool, and a large number of storage containers around the periphery. The silo looking this is probably the base of an old fuel tank which has been removed.

The fact that there are a number of privately owned vehicles inside the perimeter argues against it being a highly secure facility.

This is the Lackland AFB confinement facility. This is a holding facility for military members either awaiting trial, short term confinement sentences or waiting transfer.

"Lackland and Kelly bases deal with nukes!?" Bro WTF?! Do you even Air Force? Lackland-Kelly are AETC and ACC wings. No nukes, not even C4 capabilities. Try again dude.
