Vanilla Ice (Robert Van Winkle), best known for his early 90s hit Ice Ice Baby, is renovating this home for the first season of his new show, The Vanilla Ice Project.

On the show the home is said to be over 7,000 sqft and that the current owner paid over $1M USD. In reality, the home is 4,368 sqft under air(5,537 sqft total) and was last purchased for $419,000. The home was a foreclosure and, in 2009, the home was hit by theives who stripped a majority of the home including granite counters and the kitchen sink -- thus the need for the renovation.

The home is owned by real estate agent Daniel J. Andreacci, Jr.
