Very secure doesn't begin to cover it. There is a further outer perimeter beyond what is seen in the original images. I don't think it's a house, the flat roof lines look more commercial to me, so almost certainly government.

Given it's proximity to a military airfield, I'm going to go with command and control facility, possibly air defense coordination center.

This is the grounds of the former "Tatoi" palace of the then King of Greece.
The monarchy was voted away in 1974 and the compound has been under lock and key for decades while judicial reviews and legal fights continue over ownership, its contents and the person of the former King being allowed to return to Greece.
Hence the rather abandoned looks of the place.

I am pretty sure, as a greek, that from the images of google earth around, it is a military camp, cause i saw the emblem of greece.
