Villa Dirickz

Rhode-Saint-Genèse, Belgium (BE)
This house, constructed between 1929 and 1933, according to the design from Marcel Leborgne, and with the collaboration of his brother Henri, is though to be one of the most spectacular pieces of the architect. It was built for H. Dirickz (sometimes spelt 'Dirickx'), director general of Belgian steel plant Forges de Clabecq. It has been protected by law since 1990.
