Weapon systems mock ups (?)

Not sure what these are. A half scale MiG 21ish looking jet, a crude truck and tank and a couple of what may be missile launchers.

Perhaps they are targets of some sort.

Also note the extra security. It is off-base but has a double security perimeter.
