William "Bill" Foley's house

Bill Foley, the former attorney, who turned around Fidelity National Financial and invested in a wide range of business, including wineries, golf courses, hotels, ski resorts, steak houses, fast-food restaurants and auto parts manufacturers, and who owns the NHL's Vegas Golden Knights, built his 17,500 square foot home here. The property, which has panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip, has is nearly 5 acres and was purchased in May of 2016 for $6,500,000. The lot is in the exclusive Summit Club, developed by Discovery Land Company. Mr. Foley had purchased a home directly northeast of the property in an adjoining community in 2015 for $8 million and was able to observe the construction of this home from his back yard. The aerials in Google Maps & Bing shows only the vacant lot but not the home.
