William J. Doré's House

William J. Dore is an energy tycoon based in Louisiana. In 2007, he made $700 million when he sold his company Global Industries, Ltd. In early 2012, he donated $1.5 million to presidential candidate Rick Santorum.

He paid $7.2 million in 2008 for this 6,200 sq. foot home here in the Palm Desert resort community of Indian Wells, CA.
