William Pauls is the current Chairman of the Board at The Pauls Corporation. Mr. Pauls is a Canadian educated Chartered Accountant, who practiced accounting under both his own name and as partner in the firm that is now Deloitte & Touche in Canada. In 1978, together with two partners, Mr. Pauls acquired the Denver Tech Center in Denver, Colorado. Shortly after, a partnership was formed with a London based shipping company, European Ferries PLC.
