He serves as Vice Chairman of investment banking and head of the US Midwestern region of Morgan Stanley & Co In 2008, as vice chairman of investment banking at Morgan Stanley, William Strong oversaw the company’s controversial $1.15 billion 75-year acquisition of Chicago’s parking meter franchise. In 2012, Strong sold his Chicago-area mansion for $5.2 million.
