Built by Equinox founder Danny Errico, this blufftop Malibu house was sold for $21m to for-profit medical school founder Yife Tien in 2012.

He also owns even more expensive mansions in Florida and Beverly Park (California).

This house was also once rented by David & Victoria Beckham.
